China Weather
Introduction:
There really is not the ideal time to visit a vast country like China. Any time of year will be wonderful in some areas but less in others. Understand what the weather is like in different parts of the country could help you plan your trip, especially if you know what destinations you are visiting.
Weather in China by Month: North China: Northern China
Winter is long and cold, lasting from December to March. Temperatures are often below zero and you will probably see snow. Summer sees the opposite extreme temperatures when it can be very hot and very humid. Summer lasts from May to the end of August.

Winters in central China feel colder than their appearance, moisture in the cold air makes the traveler feel right cold to the bone. You will rarely see snow and freezing temperatures can never achieve. Fortunately, the winters are short, beginning in January for good and usually finish by the end of March. Summers are long, hot and humid, lasting from April to September / October.
Times ideal for visiting central China:
Autumn is probably your best choice in central China. Spring can be difficult with a long winter and occasional early rainy season, although in mid-April until mid-May are generally very pleasant. It is still not terribly hot, the flowers are in bloom and the trees begin to leaf, so there is an air of freshness. However, the fall usually sees clearer skies, warm temperatures even without moisture arrogant. And, you are less likely to rain.
South China: South China is
It is generally wetter in the south and high temperatures are sustained for longer. Winter, January to March, as in central China, is short, but can feel very cold. April to September is the rainy season, where temperatures and humidity are sky high. Along the southeast coast of China, the typhoon season is from July to September.
Times for visiting the South China:
As central China, there is probably no perfect time, but again, your best bet will fall for breaks in the heat and humidity. There is always a chance of rain, though, so bring rain gear right.
North China: China Northwest isXinjiang province (Urumuqi, Turpan) Gansu Province (Lanzhou) Qinghai Province (Golmud) essentially stops along the Silk Road
The north-western China becomes more like Central Asia to East Asia. There are less than Han Chinese and the land is arid and dry. It is here that the traveler feels extreme weather China
Times for visiting the Northwest China:
There is not much need to worry about rainfall, so any time of year is relatively dry. However, winter is very cold and summer heat and sun can be relentless. As long as you are ready, at any time of year can be great. The best paris are spring and fall when temperatures are milder.
Tibet: The Tibetan Autonomous Region is the country formerly independent Tibet on the Tibetan plateau, north and northeast of the Himalayas.
Winter in Tibet can be very fierce. The winds that sweep the board coupled with temperatures plunging to visit in the winter months in Tibet the tricks of the hearty traveler. Temperatures are much more varied in the summer months: it can be freezing before sunrise 100F and beaten by noon.
Ideal Times to Visit Tibet:As with northwestern China, the ideal time to visit Tibet is in the spring and autumn when temperatures are milder and less extreme.
