Bells Beach

One of Australia's most famous surfing beaches Bells Beach is located near the beginning of the Great Ocean Road on the south coast of Victoria's.

It is the site of the Easter Surfing Classic, the Rip Curl Pro, which runs for 10 days after Easter, and with a music festival on Easter Saturday and Sunday.

Depending on where you start in Melbourne, could Bells Beach, Torquay and Anglesea between cities as close as 71 km or as much as 107 or more.

A small bay between two headlands overlooking the Southern Ocean, waves of Bells Beach has three fifty-seven meters of good surfing days rising as high as five meters depending on tide and wind conditions.

Swells from the Southern Ocean slow down and get over the reef-strewn shallows.

Bells Beach is by car from the Great Ocean Road in the Internet by going to the left and continue on Jarosite Rd Bells Beach Road.

The drive from Melbourne is estimated to one hour and 45 minutes.

A free shuttle bus will operate normally between Torquay and Bells Beach, the Rip Curl Pro.
