Getting to the Melbourne Museum
Melbourne Museum is open from 10am to 17:00 daily except Good Friday and Christmas Day.
The entrance to the museum is $ 6 for adults, concession card holders and children from 3 to 16 years free.
Some important tourism fairs can be an additional charge for admission.
Melbourne Museum, situated beside the Royal Exhibition Building in Carlton Gardens, between Rathdown and Nicholson Sts.
By car. Underground car parking is available from Nicholson or Rathdown Sts.
By tram. Take tram 86 or 96 in Nicholson and Gertrude St, the City Circle Tram to Victoria St and follow the signs to Carlton Gardens.
By train. Take the City Loop Train to Parliament Station and follow the signs to Carlton Gardens.
V / Line packages with rail travel and admission is available throughout Victoria.
