Map: (some) of St. Louis' Best toasted ravioli
Nobody knows who actually invented toasted ravioli (or T-Ravs, as she affectionately called), but ask almost any place the pasta-cum-snacks in the charming town of St. Louis serves and they will try to convince them that the original version is. You could start from the original Charlie Gitto on the hill, or go casual local chain Fortel's Pizza Den. Unlike the items in St. Louis Heat Map Eater from earlier this week, none of these places do not push boundaries beyond those of their customers' waistlines.
