Review: Ten Manchester Street, London
In a boutique town house in Marylebone, happiness turns out to be a terrace and cigar humidor
The shower is a compact glass cube-and-tile bathroom with products from Aveda, shower, bathrobes, slippers and handbags monogrammed cotton.
Appetizers – girolle mushroom tart with herb salad winter, shrimp and mushroom velouté – is extremely good. AC are all under £ 20. Of these, we like the lobster rigatoni comes in a small black pot, saffron risotto and twisted strozzapreti, but the deer meat is chewy.
This is a cool place to hang out, we agree, looking through the wine and cigar menu, as smokers are starting to drift here.
