"L Word" star kicked off plane for kissing girlfriend
LOS ANGELES – Former "The L Word" star Leisha Hailey, complained in a message flow Twitter on Monday that she and a friend had started flying Southwest Airlines in a dispute over their kisses on the plane.

Haley, 40, tweeted that the flight attendant told her that Southwest "was a" family "airline and the kiss was not right," and that she and her companion were then "escorted off the plane to be upset on this issue."

Haley, who starred on Showtime Network "The L Word", as Alice, the bisexual writer of magazine and radio host, has also demanded a public apology.
The airline issued a statement that initial reports he received about the incident "shows that we have received several complaints about the passenger, which characterize the behavior as excessive."
"Our team is responsible for the comfort of all customers on board, came up passengers based solely on behavior and not gender," the airline said. "The conversation escalated to a level that was better to decide on the spot rather than in flight."

The representative of the airlines declined to comment for a prepared statement.
The incident happened just over three weeks after another celebrity, Green Day rocker Billy Joe Armstrong, he complained was booted from Southwest flight to Oakland, Calif., because he was dressed in baggy pants too low.
