The man says the charges in the KC airport bomb hoax "absurd"
Kansas City, MO – Anthony Falco Jr. says he loves America and charging him with trying to take a fake bomb through security screening at Kansas City International Airport on the 10th anniversary of 9 / 11 terrorist attack is "absurd".

The 47-year-old was charged Monday with making false statements to federal agents and trying to get objects to simulate a bomb through security and then make statements that led agents to believe that it was a bomb.
If convicted, he stands a maximum penalty of five years in prison per count.
An airport terminal was closed for several hours Sunday after security screeners discovered suspicious material in one of Falco bags. It did not contain explosives.
His mother says Falco, a mental health history and have recently stopped taking their medications.
