More thrills were to be found in a salad of braised artichokes with broad beans and mediated sharpness preserved lemons in a bowl shaky, fresh Burrata – a young mozzarella cheese – with blood oranges and coriander seeds, and a special ground of Brussels sprouts with mushrooms.
