In Copenhagen, it's not all about Nome. All-pervading love of local ingredients means that Northern cuisine thrives

Desserts were even. Vanilla ice cream with dried black olives and licorice English made salty-sweet trick very nicely. Even better was a thin, crisped bread porous disk at the light, cream, sprinkle thickly with grated milk chocolate.
Obviously, our dirty expensive dinner at Geist has been less consistent, but for those who are intrigued by where the food is right now, it represents some of the strengths of modern features are in the North. It will be a complete failure you, but at least you can eat well.
