Troubleshooter: I can redo my Disney Vacation?
Q: I recently booked a package holiday to Disneyland via Southwest vacation, but I mistakenly entered the wrong date – September, not December. We, however, when the tickets were delivered, and I did not notice the mistake until it was too late. We have been recognized "does not show" for our vacation.
This error is very unfortunate because we were planning this trip for my birthday my husband. It was an honest mistake.

: I agree, neither Southwest nor Vacations Disney was under any obligation to reimburse any part of your vacation. The fact that Southwest has decided to reissue your tickets airline tickets and theme park was bigger than you – or I – could ask for.
I would let this case go, except for one thing. Disney usually does not ignore requests like yours. I thought it rather strange that I felt a little research on my part was justified. The mouse does not give customers cold, in my experience.
But before we get to Disney, let's talk about booking. You booked a holiday, and then left without checking it? Not a very good idea. If your order over the phone, and you expect the route will be sent to you, ask your agent to repeat the dates of your stay. (However, September and December may sound the same on the phone, so they have a paper route.)
If you make a booking online, give it a once over. If you want to do it, none of this would have happened. Error caught at an early stage of the process can be installed much easier than later, or after returning from a long trip, and certainly before the holiday begins.

I'm not suggesting it was entirely your fault. Online system can lead to confusion. It's easy to choose the wrong date on most sites. Drop-down menu does not behave exactly the same with the web browser on a web browser, so you may think you have chosen December, when, in fact, you clicked September.
I contacted Disney on your behalf, but as the date of the celebration of the birth drew closer, neither you nor I have not heard anything from the company. Finally, a few days before you were supposed to go, you've heard from Southwest Vacations. It turns out, Disney has replied to your query in the end, but due to problems with communication between Disney and Southwest, you never got the message.
Disney dropped its $ 500 re-registration fee and allow you to retrace your holiday.
